You can register an account or if you are already registered, you will need to login



Once logged in click on "My Stuff" > "My Watch Lists"

Click on "Edit Watched Forums"

Select the location(s) you want receive updates by clicking on Yes under "Watched" and by clicking the radio button under "Immediately"

Once your selections are made, click on "Updated Watched Forums" on the bottom of the page
